Lyndon Institute 7, Harwood 6

The Vikings opened the scoring with a breakaway goal by Patrick Gaudreau, who also picked up the Vikings’ second goal on an almost identical second breakaway. Gaudreau had an outstanding game with two goals and three assists. Daniel Lanoue had two goals for the winners, and Martin Rudolf, Dylan Miller and Sam Gonyaw (game-winner with 2:13 left) had the goals. Sawyer Goodwin made 41 saves for LI. Skylar Platt had a hat trick for Harwood, which lost for the first time this season. Tyson Sylvia and Finn O’Hara each added a goal and an assist, and Tanner Woodard (goal), Oliver Hammond (three assists), Jacob Green (two assists) and Conner Dalley (50 saves) also had great nights for the losers.

Hartford 3, Mount Mansfield 0

James McReynolds, Jacob Gwinell and Charlie Scribner had the goals, and Colby Boyce only had to make 13 saves for the win.

Burlington 3, Northfield 0

Spencer Stilwell, Ian Maher and Tido Schulman scored and Calder Sky had two assists. Bradley Labombard stopped 22 shots to earn the shutout. Dylan Partlow made 34 saves in a losing effort.

Lyndon Institute 3, St. Johnsbury 0

Daniel Lanoue, Nick Matteis and Dzamal Benda scored the goals against goalie Garrett Rice, who made 36 saves in defeat.

Harwood 6, Missisquoi 3

Finn O’Hara had a night, scoring four goals. Skylar Platt had two goals for the winners. Steven King and Jackson Porter had a goal and an assist, and Owen King also scored for Missisquoi.

Division 1

 Champlain Valley 2, Rutland 2

It was the Aiden Achilles (CVU) and Dillon Moore (Rutland) show as they each scored twice in the deadlock.

BFA-St. Albans 9, South Burlington 1

Christian Valley and Sean Beauregard had two goals apiece, and Parker Gratton, Owen Bonnette, Derek Nadeau, Liam Wood and Caden Hart had the others for BFA. Will Hershberg scored for South Burlington.

Essex 5, Stowe 3

Essex handled Stowe, thanks to goals from Owen Young (two), Tobey Cram, Matt Cinotta and Willem Barwin. Joe Maher had two assists. Paul Gordon made 20 saves. Henry Paumgarten scored twice for Stowe, and teammate Atticus Eiden had a goal while Ethan Brown made 32 saves.

Owen Kresco

Spaulding 4, Rice 2

Christian Day, Jamison Mast, Brady Lamberti and Owen Kresco scored for Spaulding, and Grant Otis picked up the win in net. Spaulding trailed, 2-0. Jaden Duprey and Connor Peet had a goal and an assist, and Carson Barnes made 30 saves in the loss.

Middlebury 3, Colchester 1

Bode Rubright, Ryan Nadeau and Andy Giorgio had the goals, and Zeke Hooper had a nice game in net with 15 saves in the win. Jake Corman scored for the losers. Goalie Hunter Baker was solid with 25 saves.

Essex 8, South Burlington 0

Ryan Clark and Will Barwin had two goals and one assist each, and Hazen Pierce, Tobey Cram, Max Line and Justin Prim also scored.

Spaulding 6, Rutland 5

Colby Bernard had a pair of goals, and Heath Atwood, Jamison Mast, Brady Lomberti and Christian Day (game-winner) also scored for Spaulding. Eric Brewer and Eren Cetin had a pair of goals apiece for Rutland.

Division 1/2

Hartford 3, Champlain Valley 1

Blaine Gour, Connor Tierney and Bentley Boonyaharn found the net as Hartford picked up the interdivision win. James Bernicke scored for CVU.

Burr and Burton 6, Brattleboro 1

Joey McCoy scored twice, and Duncan Chamberlain, Jakub Mulac, Karter Noyes and Matthew Grabher scored. Emmett Edwards added three assists. Nathan Powers had the Brattleboro goal.
