Vermont Highlights: Rosato, Baird Carry Colchester Past Spaulding, 5-2

Division 1

Essex 1, BFA-St. Albans 0

Matt Cincotta’s unassisted goal was the difference. Paul Gordon had 19 saves in the shutout win.

Colchester 5, Spaulding 2

Andy Rosato and Jake Baird had two goals each for Colchester. Chase Carey added the other. Colby Berard had a pair of goals for Spaudling.

Stowe 6, Middlebury 5

Alex Tilgner (two goals, two assists) and Atticus Eiden (2-3), Henry Paumgarten (0-4) and Eames Eiden (2-0) did the damage for Stowe. Ryan Nadeau (two goals), Tucker Stearns (goal, assist), Devon Kearns (goal, assist) and Hale Hescock (two assists) produced for Middlebury.

BFA-St. Albans 3, Middlebury 1

Ethan Audy, Owen Benoit and Sean Beauregard scored for the winners, and Ryan Nadeau had the lone Middlebury goal.

Stowe 5, Colchester 3

Atticus Eiden had a hat trick, and Alex Tilgner (goal, two assists), Eames Eiden (goal, assist) and Henry Paumgarten (two assists) each contributed to the Stowe offense. Evan Baird, Brandon Schalk and Brendan Fathers had the Colchester goals, and Andy Rosato added two assists.

Spaulding 5, Rutland 3

Colby Berard scored twice, and Conner Magoon, Christian Day and Jamison Mast scored the others.

Essex 4, Champlain Valley 3

Joe Maher, Charles Wiegan, Matt Cincotta and Max Line each scored a goal for Essex. CVU was led by Aiden Achilles, who scored twice. Ryan Canty added a goal.

Rice 5, South Burlington 3

Jaden Dupree had a hat trick and two assists, and Connor Peet added two goals and an assist as Rice won. Hunter Fay scored twice for SB, and Ray Thibault added a goal.

Middlebury 3, Champlain Valley 0

Devon Kearns, Andy Giorgio and Ryan Nadeau had goals.

Division 2

Lyndon 10, U-32 2

Ashton Gould’s two goals led the way, and Duncan D’Olimpio, Patrick Gaudreau, Dylan Miller, Daniel Lanoue, Nick Matteis, Alex Young, Martin Rudolf and Levi Machell each scored. Logan Carbo and Maddox Montgomery scored for Lyndon.

Hunter Mason
Missisquoi

Missisquoi 5, Burlington 2

Hunter Mason had a hat trick, and Jackson Porter and Kyle Gilbert scored as well. Theodore Schulman and Spencer Stilwell scored for the losers.

Milton 2, Woodstock 1

Zach Kay and Dustin Brunelle (game-winner, Owen Perry assist) scored the goals, and Jackson Ehler made 36 saves. Charles Greene had Woodstock’s goal.

Woodstock 1, Hartford 0

Field Willis had the game’s only goal, and Henry Greene earned the shutout with 14 saves. Colby Boyce had 34 saves in the loss.

Burlington 3, Mount Mansfield 3

Ethan Vincent, Calder Sky and Ian Maher had the goals for Burlington, and Alex Brown, Noah LaMonda and Will Hauf had the goals for Mount Mansfield.

Milton 2, Missisquoi 1

Dustin Brunelle and Nick Desouza (game-winner less than a minute left) had the goals, and Jackson Ehler made 43 saves. Kyle Gilbert had a goal, and PJ Bouchard made 19 saves for Missisquoi.
