Vermont D2 Top 5: #1 Woodstock Has Posted 4 Shutouts Already

No. 1 Woodstock has taken flight yet again, posting four shutouts while posting an early 21-4 goal differential. They were finally momentarily slowed by Colchester in Saturday’s scoreless tie.

No. 2 Missisquoi Valley has rattled off four wins in a row after starting 1-2, including a 1-0 loss to D1 power BFA/St. Albans.

Saturday’s tie against Woodstock was No. 3 Colchester’s fourth shutout of the season, having yielded just seven total goals.

No. 4 Burlington shut down St. Johnsbury Academy Saturday, 5-0, and is averaging close to four goals per game.

No. 5 Harwood Union tied three of its first four and knocked off Northfield and Brattleboro in its last two games, 5-3 and 4-1.
