No need to touch the leading Hawks of Bishop Hendricken at No. 1 this week. The team beat Moses Brown, 3-1, and then Greenwich, Conn., 5-0.
There’s also clearly no need to move LaSalle, which smoked its foes this week with a combined scored of 11-2. The team beat Burrillville, 5-1, and Barrington, 6-1.
Mount St. Charles scheduled a couple of Nutmeg State games this past week and split in competitive matchups. The team fell to Hamden, 3-2, then topped Xavier, 4-2.
Smithfield beat Barrington, 5-0, in its only game this week.
Cumberland moves ahead of Ponaganset after its huge 3-1 win in Division 2 Saturday night at Levy Arena. It was the lone matchup for each team this past week.
Cranston West had a perfect week. It topped Toll Gate, 6-2, and rolled to a 6-3 win over North Smithfield.
PSW beat Coventry, 3-2. Burrillville beat Prout Sunday, Jan. 13, to snap a two-game slide. RMR beat North Smithfield 6-1.
