It’s neck-and-neck between #1 Bishop Hendricken (8-3-1) and #2 Cumberland (9-0-1) right now.
Cumberland is hanging right there after two dominating wins last week over North Kingstown and East Greenwich.
These top two teams will square off this Friday at Warwick Arena. The winner will have bragging rights heading down the stretch.
#3 LaSalle (7-5-1) is right behind and is 5-1-1 in league play after knocking off #8 Mt. St. Charles this past weekend. The Ram also beat Xavier from Connecticut in non-league action..
#4 Warwick Co-op (8-3-1) continues to play well. They knocked off Barrington (4-3) and Mt. St. Charles (3-2) over the weekend. A key non-league game is scheduled for Saturday against Connecticut’s Fairfield Co-op.
The big mover of the week is #5 Portsmouth (7-3-1), which beat Lincoln head-to-head last week.
#6 Lincoln (8-3-0) is still a top-eight team, but the loss to Portsmouth means they’re a slot behind them for the week.
#7 Prout (9-5-0) drops a bit after a tough loss to Barrington last week.
