Defending State Champion No. 1 Bedford (2-0-0) has been flexing its muscles since the first puck drop, racking up 14 goals in two league games and walloping a pair of Division 1 opponents en route to a spot in the Bauer Classic title game, where it fell to Division 1 Trinity in a shootout, 5-4.
No. 2 Dover (3-0-0) opened the season with solid outings against Oyster River, Lebanon and Kingswood.
No. 3 Spaulding (2-0-0) added the Doucette Memorial Tournament title to its impressive early-season resume on the weekend.
No. 4 Bow (2-0-0) is off to a typically strong start and hosts Dover in a key early-season clash this Saturday.
No. 5 Oyster River (2-1-0) has rebounded nicely from a one-goal season-opening loss to Dover.
