The top three in this latest installment of HNIB’s New Hampshire Division 2 Top 8 continue to solidify their spots as the regular season winds down.

#1 St. Thomas Aquinas (20-0-0 overall) added three more wins to its resume and will close out its regular season slate with D1 Bishop Brady Wednesday.

#2 Oyster River (13-3-0) beat Winnacunnet and Alvirne-Milford to keep pace. The Bobcats have Spaulding (Thursday) and Bishop Brady (Saturday).

#3 Dover (10-6-1) has now won five straight after wins over Merrimack (4-1) and #4 Somersworth/Coe-Brown (7-5). The Green Wave have Timberlane Monday night.

SC/B did blank Kingswood earlier in the week and will face D3’s top team – Berlin/Gorham – on Wednesday and close with Portsmouth/Newmarket.

Merrimack (9-8-0) climbs to #5 this week on the strength of its 4-2 win Saturday over now #6 Portsmouth/Newmarket. The Tomahawks close with D1 Keene on Wednesday.

The Mules (10-5-1) also fell to St. Thomas (6-0) and have two key games left against Winnacunnet (Wednesday) and Somersworth/Coe-Brown.

New #7 Winnacunnet (8-8-0) trades places with #8 Goffstown (9-8-1) after taking down the Grizzlies 6-2 on Friday.
