No. 1 Windham continued along unscathed as it turned back Merrimack Sunday night, 4-3. The Jaguars outgunned No. 6 Goffstown on Wednesday, 6-4, and will seek to stretch their winning streak to a dozen games this week with contests against Bishop Brady and Timberlane.
Undefeated No.2 Spaulding had its game Saturday postponed but scored a significant 3-0 victory against No. 7 Bow earlier in the week. Next up are Dover and Somersworth/Coe-Brown.
No. 3 Merrimack stays in place despite the loss to Windham. The Tomahawks face off against No. 10 Portsmouth/Newmarket on Wednesday before squaring off with Dover on Saturday.
No. 4 Dover is the week’s big mover, jumping up three spots after defeating Kingswood in its only game of the week last Monday. The Green Wave could make a splash this week, taking on both Spaulding and Merrimack.
No. 5 Kingswood moved up one spot on the basis of a big 3-2 win against Goffstown Sunday afternoon. Somersworth/Coe Brown and No. 8 Keene are on the docket this week.
