Any lingering doubt was removed Saturday night when undefeated No. 1 Keene completed a season series sweep of No. 2 Bow with a 5-3 win. It was a game that saw the Blackbirds open a 4-1 lead before fending off a sustained third-period push by the Falcons.

That was the only action of the week for Keene, which had a makeup with D1 Nashua North/Souhegan Sunday in advance of Saturday’s finale against No. 8 Spaulding. Bow blitzed Timberlane earlier last week, 9-0, and finishes up at No. 9 Portsmouth/Newmarket Saturday.

It was a split week for No. 3 Windham, which lost to No. 6 St. Thomas Aquinas, 3-1, but walloped Winnacunnet, 8-0. The defending State Champion wraps up the regular season with games against Alvirne and No. 7 Goffstown.

No. 4 Dover stays put, having tied Oyster River in its only game of the week. The Green Wave look to finish strong with home dates against Lebanon/Stevens Wednesday and Winnacunnet Saturday.

No. 5 Oyster River bumps up a spot on the strength of that Dover tie and a 4-0 shutout of Spaulding. It’s a packed four-game final week for the Bobcats with road games at Portsmouth/Newmarket, Lebanon/Stevens and Alvirne and a home tilt against No. 10 Merrimack.
