No. 1 Pinkerton returned from holiday to supplant Concord in the top spot after a 3-1 win on Jan. 2 and followed up with a 6-0 whitewash of Bow on Saturday. Trips to Central/West and defending champion Hanover are on the docket for the Astros, who own a +30 (3-4) differential.

No. 2 Bedford handled No. 8 Bishop Brady, 5-1, in its first post-holiday action. The Bulldogs visit Windham and Bow this week.

No. 3 Concord rapped Memorial Saturday night, 8-0. The Crimson Tide has home dates with Nashua South/Pelham and No. 7 Trinity this week.

No. 4 Hanover eased past No. 9 Exeter and Nashua North/Souhegan this week by a combined 9-1 count. Saturday’s home clash with Pinkerton awaits the Marauders.

No. 5 Windham continues to acquit itself well in its first D1 campaign, handling North/Souhegan and Central/West with ease this week. Wednesday’s home date with Bedford highlights the Jags’ week.
