There was an abundance of home-and-home action in the Granite State last week with Exeter, Bishop Guertin and Concord all sweeping series while Bedford and Salem battled to a split.
Four players – Jaxson Roenick, Liam Walsh, Ty Robinson and Keegan Knight – all had a goal and two assists as No. 1 Exeter (10-1-0) handled Windham, 5-1. Kam Hyles also scored for the Blue Hawks. Ben Breen made 39 saves and Seamus Ross scored for Windham. The Blue Hawks prevailed earlier in the week, 7-1, behind two goals each by Nick Beane (2 assists), Luke Randolph and Walsh. Aiden Quaglietta scored for the Jaguars and Vito Mancini and Breen combined for 44 saves.
* No. 4 Concord (9-2-0) swamped Pinkerton twice, 8-1 and 7-1. Joey Ala’s hat trick led the way Saturday. Parker Fredrickson, Brooks Craigue, AJ Dow, Jack Shoemaker and Tyler Coskren also scored for the Crimson Tide. Evan Samiotes had the Astros’ goal and Paul Lescovitz finished with 31 saves.
No. 3 Bishop Guertin (9-2-0) squeezed past No. 7 Hanover (3-7-0) Saturday, 3-2, behind two Brian Jenkins goals and another by Derek Amaral. John Casey stopped 14 shots. John Hill scored both Marauders’ goals and Dill Eisendrath turned back 29 shots. The Cardinals had an easier time of it with a 6-1 win earlier in the week. Casey had 22 saves and Sean Kelley, Declan Wilkie, Christian Milward, Ryan Kelley, Quinn Cepiel and Amaral all scored. Alex Rockmore scored for Hanover and Luke Ives had 22 saves.
* No. 5 Bedford (6-4-0) dealt No. 2 Salem (9-1-0) it first loss of the season Saturday, 3-1, snapping a four-game slide. Brady Burke, Quinlan Kerr and Will Scott scored for the Bulldogs with Owen Roberto assisting on each goal. Ryan Pappalardo scored for the Blue Devils. Earlier in the week, Pappalardo scored two goals and assisted on two others while Spencer Deane piled up 35 saves in the Devils’ 4-1 win at Bedford.
* No. 9 Keene (4-2-0) outlasted D2 Merrimack Saturday, 6-4, as Joel Beard erupted for four goals. Zach Mooers added two goals and three assists for the Blackbirds. Eliot Medlock scored twice while Brayden Guagliumi and Evan Roy had a goal and an assist each for the Tomahawks.
No. 10 Bow (3-6-0) belted Manchester Central/West, 6-2, as Billy Smethurst, Cooper Jocelyn, Cole Billow, Dominic Jurcins, Aiden LaBrecque and Ethan Tobeler all had a goal each.
