Split Squats for Lower Body Strength
Do this exercise for incredible lower body strength. The split squat is a staple in our programs at MBSC. Start on the floor. Bend both knees at 90 degrees, and push your front foot through the floor. Return to the floor under control. Do three sets of eight reps each leg. We do this exercise with all of our athletes. Pros included.
