Absorb Force with Linear Hops
What’s the best ability for all sports?
AVAILability. You can’t play if you’re injured, and you can’t win if you don’t play. How do we reduce the chance of injuries? By learning how to absorb force. Linear Hops teach you how to absorb force. Find a hurdle of appropriate height, and hop over them without making too much noise. Try to be as quiet as possible, and stick the landing in an athletic posture.
