– Down 2-1, #3 seed Notre Dame Academy got its offense rolling in the second period en route to a 7-2 win over Beverly Danvers. Jules Connors led the balanced attack with two goals. Lauren White, Maggie Donahue, Sarah White, Devon Moore and Caroline Hartnett each added a goal for the Cougars. Jamie Dupont and Halle Greenleaf each had a goal for Beverly/Danvers.

– Bishop Fenwick advanced in extra time, slipping past Plymouth, 2-1, in overtime. The hero for the Crusaders was senior Lauren Diranian. Emma Perry also scored for Fenwick, who will now face the winner of the St. Mary’s-Wayland/Weston matchup

Emma Holmes Winthrop

– Winthrop found itself trailing 1-0 in the third period of its first round matchup with Longmeadow. Emma Holmes tied it, Amelia Spencer put the Vikings ahead with 2:14 left in regulation, and Holmes sealed it with an empty-netter for a 3-1 Winthrop win. Anna Chrisanthopoulos had the goal for the Lancers.
