– #2 seed Xaverian was locked in a battle with stubborn Andover for two periods Wednesday before finally pulling away in the third period for a 4-0 win. Senior Jack Silva scored two third period goals to give the Hawks, a 3-0 lead. Nolan Dion sealed it with an empty net goal. Defenseman Aiden Rodriguez had a first period tally. – Sophomore John Jenkins‘ third period proved to be the difference as #11 seed Malden Catholic eliminated Woburn, 4-1. The teams were tied 1-1 after two periods, with William Fosdick scoring fror the Lancers and Derek Baccari countering for Woburn. Joe Gaffney and Owen Keefe added empty net goals in the final minute. MC now awaits the Arlington-Bishop Fenwick winner in the Round of 16.
