Norwell has the majority of its players back from a team that was tournament-bound last year. Old Rochester becomes the host school for what was called BMW/ORR last year and has a new coach in Ted Drew.

New head coach Ted Drew says the focus of his team this year is to make the state tournament. Old Rochester becomes the host school this year for this co-op, known as BMW/ORR in previous seasons.

Offensively, the Bulldogs will get production from Julia Elicier, Carly Drew and Madison Guinen. Newcomers from Bourne ready to challenge for ice time are Heather Lapworth and Kellan Geake.
Kate Marsden, Avery Hathaway and Meghan Berg are key defensemen. The Bulldogs are solid in goal with the return of senior Megan Nolan.
MARSHFIELD (3-16-1)

Coach Elizabeth Cohen says her team is full of optimism. It will be a young club with six freshmen and five sophomores.
The Rams start the year without forward Maddie Ames, out with an injury. Picking up the slack will be juniors Maddie Mosca (12 pts) and Emma Kennedy (9 pts) and seniors Meghan Kinsella and Maisey Caroll. Freshman Josie Keeler looks to contribute.
Senior Amelia Rounbehler is the top returner on the Marshfield blue line. The team welcomes four freshmen defensemen in Heath DeGust, Reese Hitchcock, Maija Kastrud and Amanda Leone.

It is somewhat of a rebuilding year for the Spartans after some key losses to the program.
Offensively, coach Bill Theodore will rely heavily on senior Sara Mullin and juniors Maddie Andre and Destiny Arruda. Freshman who plan on big roles are Mikayla Brightman, Lexi Yost and Jenna Nogueira.
Senior veteran Jocelyn Silva will be a key on defense. Freshman Jordan Theriault should step right in.

Home Rink: Hobomock Arena
The Clippers had a highly-successful winter a year ago, and return a solid nucleus from that team, so things are looking bright for this year.

Up front, seniors Casey Messina (30 pts) and Casey Ward (26 pts) will be the offensive catalysts for coach Frank Messina. Other key returners are senior Grace Burke (12 pts) and sophomore Maddy Hohmann. New freshman Maddie McDonald will be in the mix.
Defensively, senior Emma Campbell is a veteran presence, as is senior Brenna McDonald and junior Emma Breen.
Goaltending will come from senior Katrina Mitchell and freshman Nicole Prescott.
