Hard to believe but the 2021-2022 regular season is now complete. It is on to the MIAA Division 1 state tournament.

Pairings for the 32-team tournament are expected to be announced on Saturday.

In the final regular season HNIB News Massachusetts Girls Division 1 Top 10, #1 Austin Prep (22-0-0) finished off a perfect regular season with wins over HPNA and Barnstable.

#2 Arlington (18-1-1) is playing great hockey as well and will be a huge factor in the post-season. The Spy Ponders had a pair of impressive wins at the Hingham Showcase, blanking Needham (4-0) and Andover (6-0).

#3 Winthrop (17-0-1), the Northeastern Hockey League champion, clinched an unbeaten regular season. New #4 Notre Dame Academy (10-5-4) is playing some good hockey, which bodes well for the post-season.
