Duxbury (15-0-1) is back in the perch in this week’s HNIB News Massachusetts Girls Division 2 Top 10, after the Dragons took Saturday’s showdown with now #2 Archbishop Williams (11-1-1) by a 4-1 score.

The Dragons, who also blanked Hanover, have a pair of tough matchups this week with Whitman-Hanson/Silver Lake (Wednesday) and Canton (Saturday).

The Bishops look to be get on the winning track with a tough Canton team (Monday), followed by Bishop Stang (Wednesday) and Arlington Catholic (Saturday).

#3 Andover (10-2-2) shutout Methuen/Tewksbury, 2-0, in its only action. The Warriors continue league play this week with Acton-Boxboro (Wednesday) and Billerica/Chelmsford (Saturday).

#4 Algonquin/Hudson (10-2-1) cranked out a pair of wins over Longmeadow (6-4 and 3-0). The Titans look to a busy week with Acton-Boxboro (Monday), Auburn (Wednesday) and Pope Francis on Saturday.

#5 Falmouth (10-1-3) continues to roll after wins over Dennis-Yarmouth Co-op (6-0) and Nantucket (7-1). A tough week looms for the Clippers, with Martha’s Vineyard (Wednesday), Cape Cod Furies (Saturday) and #7 Sandwich (10-4-1) on Sunday.

Whatever caused #6 Canton (11-2-2) to scuffle earlier this season seems to be a distant memory. The Bulldogs downed King Philip (5-2) Wednesday and look ahead to the iron this week with the division’s top two clubs on the docket.

Sandwich was played to a scoreless tie Saturday by Barnstable, after big win over Nantucket. In addition to Falmouth, the Lady Knights face Notre Dame (Wednesday) and Dennis-Yarmouth (Saturday).

#8 Winchester (10-4-0) had shutout wins over Lincoln-Sudbury (4-0) and Belmont (2-0) before falling to Reading (1-0) and breaking the winning streak. The Red & Black have Belmont again (Wednesday) and Arlington (Saturday).

Back in th D2 Top 10 this week is #9 Milton (12-1-3). The Wildcats blanked Braintree and Walpole (both 2-0) and now have four straight shutouts. They will plan this week for Needham (Wednesday) and Newton Co-op (Saturday).

The loss to Winchester drops Lincoln-Sudbury (12-3-0) down to #10. The Warrriors did beat Waltham Saturday (3-0) and look to Concord-Carlisle (Tuesday) and Wayland-Weston Saturday.
