Norwell (6-1-0) holds down the #1 spot in the HNIB News Massachusetts Boys Division 4 Top 10 for the fourth week in a row. The Clippers started the week off with a 4-1 win over Longmeadow and also suffered their first loss of the season to Duxbury, 4-2.
#2 Sandwich keeps their strong start to the season rolling after another win, this one over Middleboro, 8-1.
Winthrop (3-1-0) was idle this week. The Vikings will play Medford and Marblehead next up.
Cohasset/Hull (3-0-1) stays at #4 as they were also idle this past week.
Shawsheen (4-1-0) remains at #5 as the Rams won their lone game of the week, 3-2 over Methuen.
Amesbury (4-1-0) moves up a spot to #6 this week. After being idle, they will get back on track this week with games against North Reading and Triton.
Dennis-Yarmouth also jumped a spot up this week as it remained unbeaten at (5-0-1). The Dolphins beat Bishop Stang 5-0 in their lone game last week, and then doubled up Southeastern/Bristol-Plymouth 4-2 Monday.
Grafton (6-1-0) is back in the rankings this week at #8 after a huge 8-2 win over previously undefeated Littleton/Bromfield.
Coming in at #9 is newcomer Bourne (4-1-0). After losing their first game of the season, the Canalmen have won four straight, most recently beating E/W Bridgewater 3-2.
Rounding out the Division 4 Top 10 is #10 Stoneham, which picked up its first win of the season against D2 Masconomet, 3-0.
