Norwell continues to dominate and remains in the top spot in the HNIB News Massachusetts Boys Division 4 Rankings. The Clippers won three more games this week including wins over Dartmouth, E/W Bridgewater and Triton. They have one final contest against Lowell in the final of the Newburyport Classic Tuesday (5 pm).

#2 Sandwich had a quiet week playing just one game beating #8 Martha’s Vineyard 3-1. They host the Jeff Hayes Memorial Tournament this week and will take on North Reading in the first game on Monday.

Winthrop (15-3-1) stays in the #3 spot despite a split week. The Vikings eight-game win streak was snapped with a 5-2 loss to Masconomet, but they rebounded, beating Peabody/Saugus. They close out the regular season Tuesday hosting Dedham.

#4 Nantucket lost its only game of the week to Nauset, snapping a nine-game win streak. The Whalers will play in the Jeff Hayes Tournament this week and take on Auburn in the first game.

Grafton moves up to #5 after a three-win week. The Gators beat Northbridge, St. Paul and Leominster. They face Groton Dunstable Wednesday in a CMADA Class B semifinal tilt.

Shawsheen slides down to #6 after a split week. The Rams lost to Marblehead in overtime, but rebounded Saturday beating Haverhill 3-2. They also earned a Commonwealth Conference co-title when Essex Tech tied Lowell Catholic Sunday.

Cohasset/Hull comes in at #7 this week after two strong wins over Cambridge and Pembroke.

Martha’s Vineyard had a bit of an up-and-down week with a win and two losses. They close out the regular season Wednesday against Nauset.

Coming in at #9 is Assabet Valley. After a tough loss to Medfield, the Aztecs had an impressive 7-6 comeback win over St. Paul. They get Hopedale/Milford on Wednesday in a CMADA Class B semifinal.

Rounding out the Division 4 Top 10 is Dennis-Yarmouth which is back in the rankings this week. They have won two out of their last three and finish the season this week with Blue Hills and Upper Cape Tech.
