Norwell (9-1-0) stays in the #1 spot in the HNIB News Division 4 Top 10. The Clippers continue to be strong with two more wins against Middleboro and Rockland. They have Hanover and Cohasset/Hull in what will be an interesting week.
#2 Sandwich (6-2-1) holds down the #2 spot as they had two huge wins this week. The Blue Knights blanked Falmouth 3-0 and took down Grafton, 3-2, on Saturday. They have Barnstable and Pembroke on deck.
Winthrop (6-1-1) stays in the #3 spot. The Vikings tied 2-2 with Gloucester and beat Swampscott 7-2.
#4 Cohasset/Hull (4-0-2) returned to action this week after two weeks off. They tied Rockland 1-1 and beat E/W Bridgewater 3-2 to stay undefeated.
Shawsheen (8-1-0) remains firm at #5 as the Rams won both their games this week against Greater Lowell/Nashoba. A key game looms Monday with unbeaten Essex Tech.
#6 Dennis-Yarmouth (8-1-1) suffered its first loss of the season, falling 3-1 to Nantucket, but rebounded in their next contest, beating Mashpee/Monomoy, 5-1.
Amesbury (5-2-0) stays at #7 as its only game this week was postponed. They return to action Saturday against Beverly.
Grafton (8-2-0) stays at #8 despite losing its only game of the week, 3-2 to #2 Sandwich. The Gators have Hudson and West Springfield coming up.
Coming in at #9 is Martha’s Vineyard (7-3-0) which continues to roll. The Vineyarders had two more wins this week and have a big one coming up Wednesday with Dennis-Yarmouth.
Rounding out the Division 4 Top 10 is newcomer Nantucket (3-4-0). They are coming off a big 3-1 win over Dennis-Yarmouth and look to keep it rolling this week against John Paul II and Bishop Stang.
