* In double overtime, Norwood beat Belmont 2-1 to win the Brinn Division of the Ed Burns tournament. Andrew Gillis scored the game-winner for the Mustangs. The game does go down as a tie for MIAA purposes. Sam Lally also had a goal and an assist.

Concord-Carlisle

* Concord-Carlisle got back in the win column with a 9-1 win over Newton South. Sophomore Will Manchuso had a five-point game (3G, 2A). Ben Ohanian and Joe Grasso each had a goal and two assists and Jay Carter chipped in three assists.

Danny Viscione Billerica

* Billerica earned a co-championship of the MVC/Dual County 1 with a huge 6-4 win over Westford Academy. Danny Viscione remains red-hot with three more goals. James Columbus, Edward Conley and Ryan Johnson also lit the lamp for the Indians.

* Walpole had two shutouts over the weekend. Ryan Walsh’s hat trick in their 4-0 win over Natick paved the way.  In their 4-0 win over Chelmsford, the Timberwolves got goals from Joe Finkelstein, Zack Donahue, Mike Connors and Mike Bisceglia.

* Boston Latin earned a huge 2-1 win over Waltham. William Cunniffe and Garrett Berube each scored for the Wolfpack.

Jack Corey
Oliver Ames

* Oliver Ames secured their spot in the tournament with an 8-4 victory over Stoughton/Brockton. Shaun Teehan, Jack Corey and Matt Lawson each scored a pair of goals in the win. Brendan Teehan and Patrick DeLoughrey also scored for the Tigers.

Carter McNamara Plymouth South

* Carter McNamara’s overtime goal gave Plymouth South a 5-4 win over Silver Lake. Junior defensemen AJ Colonna also scored his first varsity goal.

* Mansfield and Norton skated to a 2-2 tie. Matthew Kelly and Declan Foley each scored a goal for the Hornets.

* Lowell Catholic exploded in a 13-5 win over Minutemen. Matt Cabral (1G, 3A) and Jake Cabral (1G, 2A) led the way for the Crusaders.

* Minnechaug extended its win streak to three with a 4-2 win over East Longmeadow. Tim Harrigan scored his first varsity goal for the Falcons who also got goals by Jake Moore, Brayden O’Sullivan and Ben Daniels.

* Tewksbury rolled past Framingham 5-1 with five different goal-scorers. Matt Cooke, Jeremy Insogna, Tyler Barnes, Jason Lavoie and Kevin Andriolo all scored for the Redmen.

David Pittenger Duxbury

* Senior Jack Sullivan had all three goals for Newburyport in a 3-1 win over Lowell Catholic. Damien Lamb was solid in net once again for the Clippers.

* Duxbury had a big 6-1 win over Hanover. David Pittenger had two goals and an assist. Will Atallah and Brady Walsh each scored a goal and an assist for the Dragons.
