Sean Hallissey Plymouth North

* Plymouth North took down a strong Barnstable team 3-2 in a shootout to earn the Bridgewater-Raynham tournament championship. Kaden Bono was outstanding in net and the line of Sean Hallissey, Logan Greeley and Aidan Mackenzie was solid.

Alex Ethier

* Whitman-Hanson won the Cashman Tournament with two key wins over Silver Lake and Abington. The Panthers beat the Lakers 7-2 on two goals from Chris Ryan and single tallies from Alex Ethier, Caden Sheppard, Billy Morgan, Domenic Visocchi and Luke Tropeano. They battled Abington in the Championship game and won 4-2. With the scored locked at two heading into the third, sophomore Pat Ryan scored the winning goal and Zach Boss clinched it with an empty-netter.

Colby Jewell Gloucester

* Senior Colby Jewell’s hat trick propelled Gloucester to a 4-2 win over Medford in the Cape Ann Savings Bank tournament. The Fishermen won the tournament the following night with a 4-3 overtime win over Barrington (RI).

* Tewksbury won big in the Maine Tournament. They beat Greely 8-0 in a solid team effort. Jeremy Insogna and Tyler Bourgea each scored a pair for the Redmen. They took down Poland/Leavitt/Oak Hill/GNG 7-0 the following day with a six-point day from Insogna.

Jay Carter

* Concord-Carlisle continued their torrid start to the season with two more wins to earn the Battle Road Classic title. The Patriots first beat Acton-Boxboro 3-1 behind goals from Will Manchuso, Ben Ohanian and Cam Daley. They took on Wachusett in the championship game and won 7-3 behind a six-point night (3G, 3A) from senior captain Jay Carter, who earned his 100th career point. Manchuso also notched a hat trick in the win and CJ Bailey had 28 saves.

Aidan Fitzpatrick Boston Latin

* Boston Latin beat Lynnfield 4-1 in the consolation game of the Michael Giordano Christmas Classic. Aidan Fitzpatrick scored twice and Garrett Berube and Tyler O’Brien added single tallies.

Brendan Tourgee Canton

* Canton won the Joe Donnelly Cup with a 4-1 win over Westwood. Senior captain Brendan Tourgee scored twice for the Bulldogs who also got goals from Brian Middleton and freshman Ryan Elrick.

Ryan Valeri

* Norwood had a huge 5-3 over Walpole with five different goal-scorers. Ryan Valeri, Andrew Gillis, TJ Martin, Mark Trahon and Nick Berardinelli all scored. Senior Anthony Amato had 20 saves in goal.

* Two goals from James Hayward helped Hopkinton earn a 5-4 win over Algonquin in the first round of the Daily News Cup. Wyatt Iantosca, Cory DeCosta and Steven Leighton also scored for the Hillers.

Andrew Livingstone Oliver Ames

* Oliver Ames beat Old Rochester 4-1 in the first round of the Dartmouth Holiday Tournament. Andrew Livingstone led the way with two goals. Matt Lawson and Brendan Teehan also scored for the Tigers.

Troy Takesian
North Andover

* North Andover makes it four straight with an impressive 3-1 win over Arlington Catholic. Senior Dylan Fitzpatrick had two goals and Terrell Peoples scored the game-winner. Troy Takesian had another stellar outing with 42 saves.

* In the first game of the ICO Cup, Duxbury beat Scituate 3-1 behind goals from Chris Gillis, Brady Walsh and Cam Silvia. Senior Colin Kertanis was solid in between the pipes.

* Billerica got goals from AJ Parrella, Timmy Murphy and Nolan Dawson in a 3-1 win over Burlington.

* Masconomet came from behind to beat Wakefield 3-2. Ben Merrill scored twice, Alan Weitzman had a goal and an assist and Chris Sacco had a superb 36 saves in net.
