* Boston Latin defeated Newton South 4-1 in a game where head coach Frank Woods won his 200th game. Adam Whitney scored twice and Matt Carrara and Ryan McHugh each added single tallies in the win.

Jay Carter

* Concord-Carlisle won its biggest game of the season taking down Tewksbury 5-2 in a battle of D2 unbeatens to improve to 8-0-0. Senior Jay Carter led the way with two goals and an assist. Will Manchuso, Joe Grasso and Cam Doull also scored for the Patriots and Sam Griswold was excellent in net with 30 saves. Jeremy Insogna and Michael Connors scored for the Redmen, who fell to 5-1-0.

* Canton beat D1 Franklin in a big rivalry battle, 4-2. Travis Thomas, Ryan Elrick, Colin Blake and Brendan Tourgee all scored for the undefeated Bulldogs.

* Beverly earned a comeback win against Pentucket beating them 5-2. The Panthers got goals from Bobby Massa, Logan Bowen, Ethan Haight and two from Jonny Mezza to get back above .500 this season.

Andrew Livingstone Oliver Ames

* Oliver Ames earned a big league win with a 3-2 victory over North Attleboro. Brendan Teehan, Shaun Teehan and Andrew Livingstone all scored for the Tigers.

Andrew Gillis

* Norwood and Hopkinton skated to a 3-3 tie. The Mustangs came from behind to force overtime. Senior Andrew Gillis led the charge with two goals and Owen MacDougall scored his first varsity goal. Anthony Amato was solid in net with 20 saves.

Kody Pokraka Falmouth

* Falmouth beat Dartmouth in a 7-6 overtime thriller. Finn Oberacker had the game winner and sophomore Kody Pokraka had a hat trick for the Clippers.

Luke Tropeano Whitman-Hanson

* Whitman-Hanson downed Bridgewater-Raynham 9-2 in a total team effort. Luke Tropeano had four goals on the night. Alex Ethier had a hat trick and Zach Boss added two goals.

Johnny Mireault Masconomet

* Ben Merrill’s four-point night (2G, 2A) helped Masconomet beat Gloucester 5-4. Colten Russo, Jack Wheadon and Johnny Mireault also scored for the Chieftains who have won four straight.
