This week, the Knights host the William Hanson Invitational Tournament, taking on defending Connecticut D1 state champ Notre Dame of West Haven in a first round game Tuesday. CM also will see Natick on Saturday.

With a pair of 6-0 victories (Andover, Weymouth), Hingham (3-0-1) stays solid at #3. A huge game looms Saturday against #7 Marshfield.

With a postponement due to weather, #4 Braintree (2-0-0) was idle last week. The Wamps face off with Andover (Wednesday) and have the make-up game Saturday at #5 Pope Francis (2-0-1).

In its only action last week, the Cardinals polished off #17 St. John’s (S), 5-2. They will also be in action at the Peter Frates Tournament, facing off with #16 Central Catholic on Wednesday.
