Damon Myers (assist) and Mitch Albert (assist) led the way. Ryan Richard, Andrew Brown and Brett Edgren staked the Pioneers to a 3-0 halftime lead, Evan Parente and Jacob Mrva both had two assists and goalie Ryan Dalida stopped 26 shots. Niko Russo scored and Brady Roux had 28 saves for MC.
* In another Catholic Conference match-up, No. 2 BC High (3-1-0) bounced back from its eye-opening loss to Catholic Memorial earlier in the week with a sound all-around 5-2 decision of No. 15 Xaverian. Aidan McDonnell had two goals and an assist while Brian Bulger, Declan Joyce and James Marshall contributed single goals. Freshman Troy Huber picked up the win in his first varsity start for the Eagles.
* Christian Koylion scored twice, including the game-winner with 26 seconds to play, as sizzling No. 4 Abp. Williams (7-0-3) upended No. 5 Austin Prep (6-2-2), 3-2, in Catholic Central Large action. Jackson Sylvester assisted on all three goals for the Bishops, who took 3-of-4 points from the Cougars this year.

Marshfield
* No. 11 Marshfield (5-1-2) celebrated Senior Day with its 5-0 whitewash of Plymouth North in Patriot League Keenan Division action. Senior Aidan Healey notched the shutout and senior Jake Mastrangelo scored twice for the Rams.

Hingham
*Also in Patriot Keenan play, six players scored as undefeated No. 3 Hingham (8-0-0) thumped Duxbury, 6-1. Paul Forbes and Bobby Falvey both had a goal and two assists for the Harbormen. Lars Osterberg, Evan Corbett, John Choueiri and Alex Barzowskas also scored.
*Unbeaten Cape Ann League leader No. 18 Newburyport (6-0-1) shut down Lynnfield for the second time in a week, 3-1. Zach McHugh netted his first career goal for the Clippers. Jon Groth and Tony Lucci also scored.

Bridgewater-Raynham
*In non-league play, Ryan Concannon scored for Bridgewater-Raynham in its 1-1 tie with No. 13 Braintree (3-0-2).
*In the Catholic Central Large, Bishop Feehan resumed its schedule following the serious injury suffered by senior A.J. Quetta earlier in the week. The Shamrocks fell to league-leading Austin Prep, 5-2. Jacob Duval scored twice for the Cougars while Nick Nardone, Doug Russo and Brady McGrath had a goal apiece. Roger Scanlon and Aidan Scanlon scored for Feehan.
*In the Patriot League, Brady Clark tied it early in the third period and Jake Mastrangelo delivered the game-winner with 1:13 to play as Marshfield edged Silver Lake, 2-1.
*In the Catholic Conference, Will Arsenault scored the game-winner at 2:24 of the second half and goalie Ryan Dalida (37 saves) made it stand up as St. John’s of Shrewsbury defeated No. 14 St, John’s Prep (0-1-2) in the eighth annual Pete Frates Classic. Damon Myers of SJS and Drew Fietze of SJP matched first-half goals. SJP goalie Cam Smith had 17 saves.
*In the Hockomock League Dominic Lampasona scored two goals and assisted on a third as No. 17 Franklin (7-1-0) rolled over rival Mansfield, 7-1.
