Messalonskee isn’t letting off the gas pedal. The Eagles continue to show why they look to be the team to beat in Class B with their 7-2 victory over Waterville on Saturday.

The Brewer Witches, who always seem to be there at the end, skated to a 5-5 tie with Hampden Academy last Monday and picked up a 4-2 win over Orono/Old Town. They have a date with Waterville on Wednesday.

Waterville ended 2013 on a high note with a 6-1 win over Houlton/Hodgdon.

Camden Hills likes offensive games this season as they picked up the extra point in the 7-6 win over Cape Elizabeth on Saturday.

The Gorham Rams have been idle in regular-season play since Dec. 21 and return to the ice on Wednesday.

Presque Isle earned 6-2 victories over Orono/Old Town and John Bapst this past week.

Greely can’t buy a win right now as they have taken on many Class A teams so far this season. They travel up to Auburn to face St. Dom’s on Wednesday.

Kennebunk is another team that had a few weeks off due to the holidays and weather. They return to the ice tonight against Marshwood/Traip.

Hampden Academy picked up a 10-7 victory over Gardiner this week.

Yarmouth skated past York 9-3 this weekend.
