Class A

Edward Little 3, Falmouth 0

Andrew Clements scored 19 seconds into the game and #1 Edward Little rolled to a 3-0 Class A boys hockey win over Falmouth at Norway Savings Bank Arena. Aiden Gonzalez had the assist on Clements’ goal. After a scoreless second period, Jack Keefe stretched the Red Eddies (6-0) lead to 2-0 early in the third period. Peyton Dyer scored later in the third, with Gavin Foss providing the assist. Gage Ducharme made 19 saves for the shutout and Chase Bevan made 22 saves for the Navigators (2-4).

Lake Region/Fryeburg Academy/Oxford Hills 4, Windham/Westbrook/Bonny Eagle/Sacopee Valley 2

Jacob Lemery scored his first varsity goal, which proved to be the eventual game-winning goal, in the Ice Cats’ (5-1) win over the Trail Blazers (3-3) in Bridgton. Owen Galligan scored twice for Lake Region/Fryeburg/Oxford Hills and Caleb Micklon also scored in the victory. Noah Grant made 43 saves for the Ice Cats.

Mason Leblanc and Cole Washburn scored in the first period for Windham/Westbrook/Bonny Eagle to take a 2-0 lead. Porter Krause made 30 saves.

Lake Region/Fryeburg

Lake Region/Fryeburg Academy/Oxford Hills 3, St. Dom’s 2

Caleb Micklon had the game-winning goal in the third period and had an assist to lead the Ice Cats to a 3-2 win over the Saints. Wyatt Knightly scored to put the Ice Cats up 1-0 in the first period. Miles Frenette tied the game shortly after for the Saints. Freshman Neil Heath scored with 15 seconds remaining in the first period.

Timothy Ouellette scored early in the second period to tie the game at 2-2. Noah Grant made 29 saves in the win and Jayden Lynn stopped 22 shots.

Lewiston 5, Mt. Ararat/Lisbon/Morse 1

Trey Poulin, Tanner Anctil, and Dylan Blue each had a goal and two assists in the second period to lead the Blue Devils past the Eagles. Evan Knowlton and Cam Morin also scored for Lewiston. Dylan Richards scored in the first period to give the Eagles a 1-0 lead. Ben Cloutier made 21 saves in the win and Sean Moore stopped 24 shots in the loss.

Thornton Academy

Thornton Academy 3, Biddeford/Old Orchard/Massabesic 2, OT

The Golden Trojans spread the scoring out in the rivalry win over the Tigers. Alex St. John scored in the first period while Alan Verrault scored in the second. Lucas Hubbard had the overtime winner. Chase Magnant scored twice in the second period for the Tigers. Gage Tarbox-Belanger made 37 saves in the win and Deryck Boles stopped 33 shots for the Tigers.

South Portland/Waynflete/Freeport 7, Marshwood/Traip/Sanford/Noble 1

Cullen Adams potted two goals and two assists for the Red Riots in the win over then Knighthawks. Brady Frank and Dylan Hannan both had a goal and dished out two assists. Tobey Lappin chipped in with a goal and assist. Ian Write and Cam Morrill also scored in the win. Jasper Curtis stopped 31 shots. Caden Fontaine put the Knighthawks on the board and Sumner Wood made 35 saves.

Class B

Camden Hills 7, Capital Region (Maranacook/Winthrop/Spruce Mountain/Hall-Dale/Lawrence) 1

Cam Brown and Elias Libby each scored two goals and an assist for the Windjammers in the win against the Hawks. Emmet Marshall, Jakub Johnson and Owen McManus had a goal for Camden Hills. Evan Gourley scored for Capital Region in the third period. Jackson Bernier and Cole Freeman combined for 13 saves in the win while Adrien O’Connell made 28 saves in the loss.

Old Town/Orono 8, Houlton/Hodgdon/ Southern Aroostok 1

Dylan Davis and Perry Collatos each had two goals in the Black Bears win over the Black Hawks. Jacob Davis, Alex McCannell, Jackson Lizotte and Carter Sevigny also scored. Issac Miller and Rowan Fremouw combined to make 10 saves in the win.

Class A/B

Edward Little 2, Cheverus/Yarmouth 1

Trey Poulin scored in the second period and Peyton Dyer in the third period for the Red Eddies as they survived against Class B Cheverus/Yarmouth. Brody Keefe and Andrew Clements each had an assist. Truman Peters scored 40 seconds after Dyer to get Cheverus/Yarmouth on the scoreboard. The assists went to Brian Connolly and Ben Moll. Gage Ducharme made 13 saves in the win and Neal McQuarrie stopped 14 shots in the loss.
