No. 5 Cape Elizabeth 5, No. 4 Poland/Leavitt/Oak Hill/Gray-New Gloucester 0

The Capers pulled away in the third period with three goals in the final five minutes of the game. Dimitri Coupe and Patrick Lee scored 12 seconds apart to extend the lead to 4-0. Sebastian Moon scored in the final minute of the game. Connor Goss scored in the first period and Colin Blackburn scored in the second period. Will Depke stopped 13 shots. Vincent Lupardo made 24 saves. Cape Elizabeth will face Greely on Saturday.

No. 3 Cheverus/Yarmouth 5, No. 6 York 1

Kevin Connolly had a goal and two assists for Cheverus/Yarmouth in the win over the Wildcats. Matt Robichaud and Oliver Prinn each had a goal and an assist. Ryan Franceschi also scored. Neal McQuarrie made eight saves for the victory. Garrett Aceto scored in the third period for York and Ben Soares made 22 saves. Cheverus/Yarmouth will face No. 2 Brunswick in the regional semifinals on Friday.

No. 2 Brunswick 8, No. 7 Gorham 1

Ollie Bateman had a hat trick and two assists to lead the Dragons past the Rams. Nick Marro had two goals and two assists. Grey Perham, Brady LaForge, and AJ Wolverton had a goal and an assist in the win. Luke Patterson made 20 saves.

No. 1 Greely 7, No. 8 Kennebunk 0

Gage Cooney scored twice in the Rangers’ win over the Rams. Ryan Moore, Sean Allen, Charlie Moore, Patrick Johnson, and Landon Werner also found the back of the net in the win.

Class B North quarterfinals

No. 4 Camden Hills 2, No. 5 John Bapst/Hermon/Bangor Christian/Deer Isle-Stonington 0

Cam Brown scored the eventual game-winner for the Windjammers in the win over the Crusaders. Camden Hills also scored in the third period. The Windjammers will host No. 8 Gardiner in the regional semifinals Saturday at 8 p.m.

No. 3 Old Town/Orono 3, No. 6 Brewer/Searsport 1

Adam Henderson sparked the Black Bears come back with a goal in the first minute of the third period to tie the game at 1-1. Perry Collatos scored the eventual game-winner and Ian Bouchard added the insurance marker. Aiden Rand made 22 saves in the win. Grady Vanidestine scored early in the first period for the Witches. Andrew Donald stopped 32 shots in the loss. The Black Bears will face No. 2 Hamden Academy on Saturday at 3:40 p.m.

Khaleb Hale Hampden Acad.

No. 2 Hampden Academy 6, No. 10 Presque Isle 2

Morgan Tash had a hat trick and Khaleb Hale potted a pair of goals in the Broncos win over the Wildcats.

No. 8 Gardiner 3, No. 1 Messalonskee 2, OT

Connor Whitley capped off the upset victory for the Tigers scoring in the final minute of the overtime session against the Eagles. Sean Doyle made 43 saves in the victory. Chase Kelley forced OT for Gardiner scoring late in the third period, tying the game at 2-2. Garrett Doyle scored in the second period. Owen Kirk gave Messalonskee a 1-0 lead late in the first period and Grayson Podey scored in the third period giving the Eagles a 2-1 lead. Gio Caccamo stopped 24 shots in the loss.
