No. 1 Falmouth picked up three wins this week by defeating St. Dom’s 6-1, a huge win over Edward Little 3-2, and then Bangor in overtime 2-1. The Navigators host Lewiston Thursday.
After dropping the close one to Falmouth, No. 2 Edward Little bounced back with a 4-0 win over Biddeford/Massabesic/Old Orchard Beach on Saturday. The Red Eddies visit Mt. Ararat/Lisbon/Morse on Monday and host Cheverus/Yarmouth on Wednesday.
No. 3 Thornton Academy defeated Fryeburg/Lake Region/Oxford Hills 3-0, and Lewiston 2-0 on Saturday. The Golden Trojans travel to Greely on Tuesday and Scarborough on Saturday.
No. 4 Scarborough defeated Kennebunk/Wells 5-0 before dropping a 5-3 decision to Biddeford/Massabesic/Old Orchard Beach on Wednesday. The Red Storm host Marshwood/Traip/Sanford/Noble on Monday and travel to St. Dom’s on Wednesday before seeing Thornton.
No. 5 Marshwood/Traip/Sanford/Noble suffered a 3-2 loss to South Portland/Waynflete/Freeport on Thursday. The Knighthawks visit Scarborough Monday, host Biddeford/Massabesic/Old Orchard Beach Tuesday, and head to Fryeburg/Lake Region/Oxford Hills on Thursday.
No. 6 South Portland/Freeport/Waynflete started the week with a 1-0 loss against Lewiston before the win against the Knighthawks. The Red Riots are home against Biddeford/Massabesic/Old Orchard Beach on Thursday and travel to Windham/Westbrook/Bonny Eagle/Sacopee Valley on Saturday.
No. 7 St. Dom’s bounced back from the loss to Falmouth with a 6-3 win over Old Town/Orono on Thursday. The game against Scarborough is their lone game of the week.
