No. 1 Edward Little won three of its final four games of the season. The wins came against Windham/Westbrook/Bonny Eagle/Sacopee Valley, Lewiston, and Mt. Ararat/Lisbon/Morse. They lost to Brunswick on Monday 2-1 and enter the playoffs as the top seed in Class A and will have a bye into the quarterfinals.

No. 2 Bangor squeaked out one-goal wins against Lewiston (4-3) and St. Dom’s (3-2). They lost to Falmouth 5-2 on Saturday. They will be the No. 2 seed and will have a bye into the quarterfinals.

No. 3 Thornton Academy won three of its final regular-season games, including a pair of 6-0 wins over South Portland/Freeport/Waynflete and Lewiston. They also defeated Greely 3-1. They lost to Fryeburg/Lake Region/Oxford Hills and Windham/Westbrook/Bonny Eagle/Sacopee. The Golden Trojans will be the No. 5 seed in the playoffs and will host a preliminary game against Mt. Ararat/Lisbon/Morse.

No. 4 South Portland/Freeport/Waynflete bounced back after the loss to Thornton with a 1-1 tie with Scarborough and a 3-0 win against Biddeford/Massabesic/Old Orchard Beach. The Red Riots will be the No. 3 seed in the playoffs will host St. Dom’s in a preliminary game.

No. 5 Falmouth won its final regular-season games against St. Dom’s, Bangor, and Scarborough. Falmouth is the No. 4 seed in the playoffs and will host Biddeford/Massabesic/Old Orchard Beach.

No. 6 Scarborough tied South Portland/Freeport/Waynflete and lost to Falmouth in the final two regular-season. The Red Storm enters the playoffs as the No. 7 seed and will host Portland/Deering in the prelims.

After defeating Thornton, No. 7 Fryeburg/Lake Region/Oxford Hills lost to Marshwood/Traip/Sanford/Noble and Windham/Westbrook/Bonny Eagle/Sacopee in the last two games of the regular season. The Ice Cats will be the No. 6 seed in the playoffs and will host Marshwood/Traip/Sanford/Noble.
