No. 1 Falmouth had a easy week, earning a 10-0 win over Lake Region/Fryeburg/Oxford Hills and defeating Bangor 6-0. The Navigators visit Lewiston Wednesday and Marshwood/Traip/Sanford/Noble on Saturday.
No. 2 Edward Little defeated St. Dom’s 3-2 in overtime on Wednesday. The Red Eddies travel to face South Portland/Freeport/Waynflete this coming Wednesday.
Marshwood/Traip/Sanford/Noble moves up to the third spot with a 5-1 win over Biddeford/Massabesic/Old Orchard on Friday. The Knights travel to face Mt. Ararat/Lisbon/Morse/Hyde on Monday and host York Wednesday before facing Falmouth.
No. 4 Thornton Academy lost its third straight on Saturday as South Portland/Freeport/Waynflete defeated the Golden Trojans 5-1. Thornton hosts Lake Region/Fryeburg/Oxford Hills in its next game on February 8.
No. 5 Scarborough was idle this past week and hosts Fryeburg/Lake Region/Oxford Hills on Saturday.
No. 6 South Portland/Freeport/Waynflete‘s victory over Thornton was its lone game of the week. After the game against Edward Little, the Red Riots travel to Bangor on Saturday.
No. 7 St. Dom’s looks to bounce back from losing to Edward Little by traveling to Biddeford/Massabesic/Old Orchard Beach on Monday and hosting Poland/Leavitt/Oak Hill/Gray-New Gloucester on Wednesday.
