Scarborough 6, South Portland/Freeport/Waynflete 2

Nolan Matthews had a hat trick to pace the Red Storm to victory. Jacob Brown added a pair of goals while Zachary Chaisson also scored and Dawson Gendreau had two assists. Peter O’Brien made 18 saves for Scarborough. Dylan Hannan and Eric Walker scored for South Portland/Freeport/Waynflete while Liam McGibbon and Sabastian Couturier combined to stop 25 shots.

Lewiston 5, Edward Little 0

Lewiston had five goal scorers against rival Edward Little. Kurtis Pelletier and Ryan Pomerleau each had a goal and helper for the Blue Devils. Daxton and Drew St. Hilaire and Brock Bergeron also found the back of the cage. Lewiston’s Keegan McLaughlin stopped all 13 shots he faced while Gavin Toussaint and Gage Ducharme combined for 23 saves for Edward Little.

Scarborough 8, Portland/Deering 2

Zachary Chaisson and Dawson Gendreau both had a goal and two assists to lead a balanced Scarborough attack.  while Nolan Matthews, Cam Budway, and Will Marcotte each had a goal and an assist. Colin Wallace and Sam Rummelhart each had a goal. Nicholas Ives and Dante Tocci tallied for Portland/Deering.

St. Dom’s 3, Biddeford/Massabesic/Old Orchard 1

Lucas Pushard had a goal and an assist to lead St. Dom’s. Leo Naous and Jaden Webster also scored for the Saints. Bryce Pray had Biddeford/Massabesic/Old Orchard’s lone goal.

Thornton Academy

Lewiston 4, Thornton Academy 2

Joey Gendron had two goals including the eventual game-winner to pace Lewiston. Logan Tripp and Michael Belleau also scored for the Blue Devils while Owen Cox had two assists. Eli Pendergrass and Sawyer Wirsing each scored for the Golden Trojans while Alex St. Johns had an assist on each goal. Keegan McLaughlin made 16 saves in the victory while Gage Tarbox-Belanger made 39 saves for Thornton.

Class B

Jackson Wilson

Cheverus 6, Cape Elizabeth 3

Jackson Wilson had a hat trick and an assist to lead Cheverus while Jack Chaput had a goal and two assists. Also scoring for the Stags was Nick Giancotti who had a goal and an assist. Colin Doherty also found the back of the net. Matthew Laughlin had a goal and two assists for the Capers while Andrew Carroll and Gavin Simopoulos also scored. Bryson Pomerleau made 23 saves for the Stags while Charlie Garvin and William Depke combined to make 12 saves for Cape Elizabeth.

Yarmouth 2, Kennebunk/Wells 0

Matt Robichaud had both Yarmouth goals. Truman Peters and Ben Moll had the assists on Robichaud’s goal in the first period while Isaac Grondin and Oliver Prinn set up the power play tally in the second stanza. Charles Henry Watson made 12 saves to record the shutout.

Old Town/Orono

Old Town/Orono 4, Camden Hills 2

Tyler McCannell had two goals and an assist to place the Black Bears. Tanner Evans and Jackson Campbell also scored for Old Town/Orono. Dylan Street and Nate Young each had two assists. Jakob Johnson and Charlie Griebel found the back of the net for Camden Hills. Aidan Rand made 15 saves for the Old Town/Orono while Jackson Bernier made 21 saves for the Windjammers

Presque Isle 5, Maranacook/Winthrop/Madison/Spruce Mountain/Lawrence 3

Jonah Roy had two goals for the Wildcats in the victory over Maranacook/Winthrop/Madison/Spruce Mountain/Lawrence (Capital Region Hawks). Colby Carlisle, Gage Letourneau and Connor Demerchant each had a goal and two assists for PI. Coleman Watson had two goals while Cam Jordan also scored for the Hawks. Brandon Poitras made 18 saves for the Wildcats while Thomas Thornton made 38 saves for the Hawks.

Class A/B

Myles Hammond

Greely 1, Scarborough 1

Greely’s Alex Wallace’s marker with two seconds remaining in the second period tied the game and that’s how it remained. Ryan Moore assisted. Cory Shular gave the Red Storm a 1-0 lead in the middle of the second period. William Marcotte set the goal up.

Messalonskee 5, Marshwood/Traip/Sanford/Noble 2

Dylan Cunningham factored in all five Messalonskee goals as he lit the lamp twice and dished out three assists. Ben Hellen had a goal and two assists while Myles Hammond had a goal and assist. Owen Tilley also found the back of the net. Mitchell Grant made 13 saves for the Eagles. Colby Berren and Anthony Newton potted the goals for Marshwood/Traip/Sanford/Noble. Austin Ledger made 18 saves in the loss.
