The Eagles defeated the Hawks behind a two-goal effort from Ryley Austin while Mark Abreu had a goal and two assists. Tyler Halls scored and added an assist. Cade Charron stopped 14 shots for the victory. Nick Bowie scored twice in the losing effort while Austin Jones also had a goal. Brandon Baxter made 22 saves for Maranacook/Winthrop.

Biddeford 5, Noble/Wells 3

The Tigers were paced by Ricky Ruck, who had two goals and an assist in the victory. Colin Lavigne also had two goals and Brady Crepeau chipped in with a goal and two assists. Tom Green had 39 saves in the win. Evan Whitten, Kyle Wiswell and Nathan DeWolfe notched the Knights’ goals.

Scarborough 2, Falmouth 1

The Red Storm picked up a shorthanded goal from Cam Nigro while Matt Caron had the game winner with a power play tally in this clash amongst top teams in Class A. Robbie Armitage scored for Falmouth.

Cony/Monmouth/Hall-Dale 2, Edward Little 1

In a crucial Class A North matchup, the Rams came away with a victory. With 53 seconds remaining in the first period, Connor Perry gave the Rams the 1-0 lead. The Red Eddies tied the contest early in the second period with Tyler Couture picking up the tally. Alex Landry picked up the lone assist. Anthony Brunelle scored the game-winner on the power play just past the seven-minute mark of the third period, set up by Tyler Sproul and Logan Leadbetter. Tom Small stopped 29 of the 30 shots he faced for the Rams. Devin Dumont stopped 13 shots for EL.

Brunswick 4, Yarmouth 2

The Dragons scored three times in the second period en route to the 4-2 victory over the Yarmouth Clippers. Matt Deveaux and Andrew Eno scored in the first two minutes of the middle frame to give the Dragons the lead while Jameson Cyr added the third goal. Jacob Towle picked up Brunswick’s fourth goal in the third period. The Clippers went up 1-0 in the first period on Bill Jacob’s goal while Walter Conrad scored Yarmouth’s second goal. Riley Kirk stopped 23 of the 25 shots he faced while Dan Latham made 21 saves for Yarmouth.

Gorham 3, Greely 2 OT

Adam Peterson scored 73 seconds into overtime to lift the Rams to victory in a Class B South contest. Carl Bear notched a pair of goals in the victory including the tying goal that sent the game into overtime with eight seconds remaining. Colby Williams had both goals for Greely in the first period.

Gardiner 4, York 2

The Tigers picked up a crucial Class B South victory over the Wildcats. Cam Bigelow, Ryan Kelley, Reid Cotnoir and Tristan Hebert all contributed in the victory a goal apiece. York’s two goals came from Tommy Carr.

Waterville 9, Old Town/Orono 1

The Purple Panthers spread out the scoring against Old Town/Orono. Nick Denis, Justin Wentworth and Andrew Rodrigue each had a pair of goals while Michael Oliveira, Cody Pellerin and Matt Joliceour had three points with a goal and two assists each. Old Town/Orono’s goal came from Nick Boutin.
