With one week remaining in the regular season, Lewiston remains the No. 1 team in Class A with two convincing wins this past week – 9-1 win over Bangor on Tuesday and 8-0 over Windham/Westbrook/Bonny Eagle. The Blue Devils travel to Biddeford on Wednesday to take on Thornton Academy.

No. 2 St. Dom’s holds stays steady with a 3-0 win over Biddeford/Massbesic/Old Orchard Beach on Wednesday before traveling up to Bangor Friday and defeating the Rams 4-2. They host Bangor in a rematch on Wednesday to end the regular season.

No. 3 Scarborough moves up with two 3-2 wins over Falmouth this week. The Red Storm host Bangor on Monday in the regular-season finale.

No. 4 Thornton Academy started the week with a 10-0 win over Marshwood/Traip/Sanford/Noble on Tuesday and defeated South Portland/Waynflete/Freeport 2-0 on Thursday. Hosting Lewiston marks the end of the regular season for the Golden Trojans.

No. 5 South Portland/Freeport/Waynflete bounced back to the loss to Thornton with a 6-1 win over Portland/Deering. The Red Riots host Falmouth on Tuesday.

No. 6 Edward Little moves back into the poll with a 1-0 win over Bangor on Wednesday and a 1-0 win over Biddeford/Massbesic/Old Orchard Beach on Saturday to extend its win streak to six. The Red Eddies host Falmouth on Wednesday.

No. 7 Bangor hopes to end the regular season on a high note after the losses to Edward Little and St. Dom’s. They travel to Scarborough and St. Dom’s this week.
