The showdown of the season so far saw No. 1 Lewiston defeat No.2 Bangor 5-2 on Wednesday. It was Lewiston’s lone game of the week while the Rams took down the defending Class B Champions, Old Town/Orono 3-2 on Monday and Cheverus on Friday.

Lewiston has two rivalry games this week as they face Edward Little on Wednesday and St. Dom’s on Saturday. Bangor hosts Gardiner on Wednesday and Edward Little on Friday.

Moving up to No. 3 is the Biddeford Tigers with a 4-1 win over Portland/Deering on Tuesday and a 1-0 victory over Massabesic/Bonny Eagle/Old Orchard Beach Friday. They host Windham/Westbrook on Monday and Scarborough on Saturday.

St. Dom’s drops a spot as they lost to Edward Little 1-0 on Wednesday before bouncing back on Saturday with a 14-2 victory over Cony/Hall-Dale/Monmouth. Before the game against Lewiston they take on Class B #1 team Greely on Thursday.

Scarborough stays steady at No. 5 with a 2-1 victory over Gorham on Friday. They host Thornton Academy on Monday before going down to Biddeford on Saturday.

No. 6 Edward Little moves up a spot with the 1-0 win over St. Dom’s. They have two big games against Lewiston and Bangor this week.

No. 7 Thornton Academy defeated Falmouth 2-1 on Tuesday. After Monday’s game with Scarborough, they host Falmouth in a rematch Saturday.

No. 8 Massabesic/Bonny Eagle/Old Orchard Beach had a tough 1-0 loss to Biddeford. They host Lawrence/Skowhegan/MCI on Monday and Mt. Ararat/Lisbon/Morse/Hyde on Saturday.

No. 9 Mt. Ararat/Lisbon/Morse/Hyde started the week with a 4-3 loss to Brunswick on Wednesday before ending the week with a 3-1 victory over Lawrence/Skowhegan/MCI Saturday.

Portland/Deering falls to No. 10 with the 4-1 loss to Biddeford and a 4-3 loss to Falmouth on Saturday. They face Cheverus on Thursday and host Lake Region/Fryeburg/Oxford Hills on Saturday.
