Lewiston 4, St. Dom’s 1

Dustin Larochelle had a goal and two assists as the Lewiston Blue Devils defeated St. Dom’s 4-1. His goal came with nine-tenths of a second remaining in the first period to give Lewiston a 2-0 lead. Jean-Luc Dostie, Cody Doyon and Alex Rivet also found the back of the net. The Saints kept the game close as their goaltender Kyle Welsh made 51 saves in the game. Connor Samson shot was the only one to get by Jacob Strout who made 12 saves for Lewiston.

Kodi Legassie

Bangor 2, Cony/Hall-Dale/Monmouth 1

Cam Wilson‘s goal 21 seconds into the game was the only shot to get by Bangor goalie Derek Fournier as Bangor came back to win 2-1. He made 24 saves in the contest. Kodi Lagassie found the back of the net to tie the game for Bangor half way through the first period. Nick Cowperthwaite scored the game winning goal 50 seconds into the second period. Dalton Bowie made 19 saves in the losing effort.

Class A South

Falmouth 5, Portland/Deering 2

Theo Hembre had two goals to lead the Falmouth Yachtsmen to a 5-2 victory over the Portland/Deering Rams. Brendan Hickey had a point on the Yachtsmen’s first three goals as he finished the game with a goal and two assists. Alex Grade and Robbie Armitage also scored in the victory. Spencer Pierce made 12 saves in the victory. Jacob Luce had a goal and an assist to lead the Bulldogs while Mason Martell scored with seven-tenths of a second remaining in the first period. It was the second time in a week they scored with under a second left.

Cheverus 4, Scarborough 3 (OT)

Senior defensemen Sean Walsh scored twice including the overtime winner as the Cheverus Stags defeated Scarborough 4-3. Colby Anton sent the game into overtime for Cheverus as he scored 1:32 remaining in the game. Ryan McSorley also scored. Eric Murray, Skylar Pentingill and Cam Smith found the back of the net for Scarborough.
