A convincing 6-1 win over St. Paul’s over the weekend solidifies Nobles‘ (16-0-1) hold on the top spot in the latest HNIB News Girls Prep Top 15. The ‘Dawgs have a three-game week ahead with #15 St. George’s on Wednesday, Cushing Friday and Brooks on Saturday.

#2 Williston (13-1-1) is now firing on all cylinders and a serious challenger for a third straight Elite 8 crown. The Wildcats look to keep it going Wednesday against Taft.

After starting the season 2-3-0, #3 Loomis Chaffee is 11-0-1 in its last 12 games, including a most recent 6-1 win over Exeter. The Pelicans can’t overlook #10 Westminster on Monday. Frederick Gunnn School is Wednesday’s opponent.

#4 Phillips Andover (10-3-1) is starting to jell and looks to be a major factor down the stretch. The Big Blue had a big 3-2 win over Deerfield on Saturday. Two more tough games loom this week with #9 Tabor and #12 New Hampton.

Deerfield (14-2-1) drops a spot to #5. The Big Green take on #7 St. Paul’s (10-6-0) on Wednesday.

#6 Kent (7-3-2) has responded with wins over #8 Choate (12-5-0) and Taft after a loss to Williston. The Lions have the week off.

St Paul’s is hoping to make a statement when it faces Deerfield on Wednesday. They also get #13 Thayer (11-4-2) on Friday.

Two new teams in this latest rankings at BB&N at #14 and St. George’s at #15.
