Canton started the season as the #1 ranked team in the HNIB News Massachusetts Boys Division 2 Top 15, and the Bulldogs finished the season in the same position.

They also held that position every week during the season as well. A 6-2 win over Tewksbury in the MIAA D2 State Title game put the exclamation point on a memorable season that saw the Bulldogs go 25-0-1.

With a strong post-season that resulted in the Division 2 North sectional title, Tewksbury (17-5-3) finishes in the #2 position.

Boston Latin (17-4-3), which gave Canton its only blemish with a 2-2 tie in February, ends up at #3 after falling to Tewksbury in the North title game. The Wolfpack did beat the Redmen twice during the regular season.

#4 Westwood (16-2-6) reached the South sectional where the Wolverines lost to Canton. Westwood’s only regular season loss was at the hands of Canton as well.

#5 Lincoln-Sudbury‘s (18-3-2) great season came to an end with a 2-1 double overtime loss to Tewksbury.
