Another perfect week means North Haven remains #1 in the latest HNIB News Connecticut Division II Top 8.

It only seems like a matter of time before #2 Woodstock Academy gets another crack at North Haven.

If the two teams above them weren’t so dominant, we’d consider bumping Westhill/Stamford up from #3.

#4 Wethersfield saw its eight-game win streak snapped in a loss to Cheshire.

Is #5 Cheshire peaking at the right time? Could be.

Ditto for #6 Branford, which will take a six-game win streak into its regular-season finale against East Catholic.

A big week for #7 South Windsor awaits with games against Cheshire and Simsbury.

#8 Guilford has allowed 17 goals over its last two games.
