A rough stretch that includes losses to Westhill-Stamford (8-5) and Rhode Island’s Bishop Hendricken (5-0) knocks Greenwich (2-3-2) down to #7 this week. The Cardinals look to get back on track against Northwest Catholic (Wednesday), Wilton (Thursday) and Xavier (Saturday).
#8 Fairfield Prep (2-5-0) was idle and returns to action Wednesday against #9 West Haven (6-3-0), which beat Cheshire (2-1) and East Haven (7-3). A pair of losses to Amity (2-1) and Northwest Catholic (3-1) drops Notre Dame of West Haven (4-5-0) to #10.
