#1 Ridgefield remained perfect this week with solid victories over Trinity Catholic (7-0), Fairfield (9-2), McMahon-Norwalk (8-2) and Simsbury (5-3). The Tigers (17-0-0) have a date with #6 Fairfield Prep (8-7-0) on Wednesday in what should be an interesting game.

#2 Darien(12-4-0) recorded a pair of 6-0 shutouts over McMahon-Norwalk and Fairfield to continue its solid play. The Blue Wave take on Wilton on Tuesday and Trumbull on Saturday, both at home.

Northwest Catholic dropped a spot to #3 after suffering their first loss of the season vs. ND-Fairfield (2-0). The Lions (12-1-1) bounced back with wins over Smithfield (RI) (3-2) and Conard (2-0). Xavier (Tuesday) and Hamden (Saturday) are this week’s opponents.

New Canaan (11-6-0) remains at #4 after beating up on Greenwich (6-1) and Wilton (8-2), and downing Notre Dame-Fairfield 3-1 on Sunday.

#5 Hamden (9-6-0) was idle this week. The Green Dragons have ND-Fairfield and Northwest Catholic on the docket this week.
