Essex Tech came back from a late deficit and got a game-winner from Joe Scarpa. Brandon Swaczyk also scored for the winners and JJ Chancey added two. Shane Ahlin got the win in net.

The Jets were on fire, led by a hat trick from Luke Rao. Matt Patrie (two), Andrew Patrie. John MacDonald, Aidan Seitz, Matt Devin and Matt Leonard had goals. Kenny Perez got a win.
Hanover 5, Scituate 1
Hanover took care of business with a three-goal spurt in the first period. Zach Taylor, Manning Morris, Connor Morris and Lucas Lanagan had goals for Hanover.
St. Joseph’s Prep 6, Cardinal Spellman 1
Andrew Stefura had a hat trick in the victory for the Prep.
Lowell 4, Methuen 3
Or, should we say, Thomas Hassett 4, Methuen 3. The Lowell sniper had each of the goals in the victory for the Red Raiders.
Southeastern 10, South Shore 1
Matt Lavoie’s hat trick and P.J. Page’s two goals led the way for the winners. Liam Lydon, Ryan Collins, C.J. Smith, George Vallee and Thomas Fillion also scored.
Bishop Stang 4, Martha’s Vineyard 2
Brian Allen, Riley Scales, Matt Tetreault and Bobby Jedrey had goals as Stang pulled off the win. Hunter Meader and Colby Zarba had the tallies for the Vineyard.
Bourne 10, Dighton-Rehoboth/Seekonk, 0
Max Hess had a hat trick, Chase Lapworth had two goals, and Owen Lapworth, Joe Hess, Mike Bonito, Dan Strode and Ethan Morse added one each for the streaking Canalmen.
Norwell 8, Cohasset 1
Brendan Rheault and Harrison Reed each had a couple of goals, and Dan Fisher, Christian Raeside, Charles Dole and Eddie Fettuccia added goals for the suddenly-hot Clippers.
Rockland 7, Hull/Middleboro 1
Joe Yeadon had a hat trick, and Mike Flaherty added two goals for the winners. Nick Blonde and Joe Campanile also scored for Rockland.
Holliston 3, Hopkinton 1
Holliston gave Hopkinton its first loss of the season in this Tri Valley League matchup. Jake Kober, Jack Larche and James Franco had goals for the winners. The Hillers’ goal came from DJ Sloan.
